Returns and Refunds
We get it, sometimes things don’t work out. The Jaunt happily accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. U.S. domestic customers, please either log into your account or visit our Returns Center to request a prepaid shipping label.
Items must be returned:
- Unused and in new condition
- With all Jaunt tags and designer labels still attached
- With original packaging and/or duster bags, if applicable
Otherwise, the merchandise cannot be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

While we are proud to offer a flexible returns policy, we actively monitor every return. Repeated or suspicious returns will be flagged and may lead to the closure of your account and the refusal of future orders.
Your return will be processed within 2 business days of being received by our warehouse. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will be credited to the original form of payment, which should appear on your account within 3-5 business days.Instant Refund™ Voucher
When processing a return request, eligible customers will receive an Instant Refund™ Voucher. The credit will be available immediately and can be redeemed in the gift card field at checkout. If you do not use the full value of your instant refund voucher, the remaining balance will be refunded to your original form of payment.
