Returns and Refunds

FINAL SALE RETURNS POLICY

Items purchased as “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return or exchange. If “FINAL SALE” product is received by our returns department, it will be returned to the customer.

For purchases made prior to “FINAL SALE”, The Jaunt will happily accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all for eligible product.

U.S. domestic customers, please either log into your account or visit our Returns Center to request a prepaid shipping label.

Items must be returned:

  • Unused and in new condition
  • With all Jaunt tags and designer labels still attached
  • With original packaging and/or duster bags, if applicable

Otherwise, the merchandise cannot be refunded and will be returned to the customer.

While we are proud to offer a flexible returns policy, we actively monitor every return. Repeated or suspicious returns will be flagged and may lead to the closure of your account and the refusal of future orders.

REFUNDS

Your return will be processed within 2 business days of being received by our warehouse. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will be credited to the original form of payment, which should appear on your account within 3-5 business days.
